Swedish Massage
 For those of you who are new to massages, this is an excellent introduction. Relax your muscles and soothe away stress and experience an increase in vitality. The massage therapist can will use light to medium pressure. This massage can be used for the full body or it can focus on specific areas such as the neck, shoulders, back or feet.

Hot Towel Massage
A delightful variation to a Swedish massage. Towels are steamed with special aromatherapy oil and used to help deepen the state of relaxation. The hot towels are placed on your body to warm the deep muscles prior to a deeply relaxing full body massage.

Deep Tissue Massage
More adventurous? In need of deep muscle manipulation after an intense workout? A deep tissue massage is great for many "knots" in your body. It uses more intense pressure than a Swedish massage and is great for athletes and people who do intense workouts.

Hot Rock Therapy
 Allow the heat of rocks to unwind your body. Heated Basalt rocks are strategically place on the body to warm up the tissue. Throughout the placement and removal of the stones, the body is massaged by either the therapist's hand or the stones themselves. Applying this technique can relax tense muscles.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
For those of you with the following: pre and post surgery, sports related injuries, lymphedema, or venous insufficiency, prepared to be amazed!
