Question:
Are there long-term risks of using Botox? Does the face ever build up a sort of immunity to it?
Answer:
A small amount of patients may develop antibodies to Botox, in which case there is some resistance. There are some newer Botox-like chemicals on the market that have less of a protein load and may offer less antigenicity and less so-called immunity.

Can liposuction remove cellulite?
Posted January 24, 2012 11:50 AM in Liposuction
Question:
I hate the fat and cellulite on my thighs, and I'm thinking of getting liposuction to reduce the fat in them, but can liposuction also remove the cellulite? Or will I need an additional type of treatment to get rid of the cellulite?
Answer:
Liposuction does not improve cellulite. In fact, it can sometimes make it worse. There is a new device coming out in 2012 called the Cellulaze device that is an excellent laser treatment for cellulite that appears to offer permanent reduction.
