Mitchell Matez, D.O.
Dr. Mitchell Matez has 20 years of clinical experience in General Surgery and in Alternative and Complementary Medicine. He has dedicated the last five years of his practice to alternative and naturopathic medicine. He strongly believes his responsibility is to teach his patients how to prevent disease. To that end,
Dr. Matez educates his patients about the value of proper nutrition, exercise and supplementation with vitamins and other nutritionals.
Dr. Matez is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and The Institute for Functional Medicine. He is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery. He is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Nova Southeastern University and former Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Southern Ocean County Hospital. He is a Certified Functional Medicine Specialist and has been certified by the American Board of Clinical Metal Toxicology. He is also a staff physician at the famous Haimes Centre Clinic.
Dr. Matez's practice includes: Chelation Therapy, Immune System Enhancement, Nutritional Guidance, Prolotherapy, and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy.

Mark A. Rosenberg, M.D.
Dr. Mark Rosenberg received his doctorate from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1988 and has been involved with drug research since 1991.
With numerous certifications in several different fields of medicine, psychology and fitness. Dr. Rosenberg has a wide breadth of experience in both the public and private sector with particular expertise in the mechanism of cancer treatment failure.
His work has been published in trade and academic journals and he currently is researching new compounds to treat cancer and obesity, including receiving approval status for an investigational new drug that works with chemotherapy and a patent pending for an oral appetite suppressant.

Elizabeth Tringali, PA-C
Elizabeth Tringali, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant and an American Academy of Anti-aging medicine diplomat. Since beginning her career in 1999 in internal medicine, she has made a name for herself by helping patients achieve their wellness and longevity goals by blending complimentary and traditional medicine.
She earned her BS in Nutrition Science from University of Florida in 1995. She worked as a nutritionist and conducted research for the Women’s Health Initiative on folic acid to prevent birth defects in infants. After working in nutrition for several years, she returned to UF and earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies from the College of Medicine in 1999. She practiced Internal Medicine in an integrative medical practice and co-hosted a medical radio show for 3 years. Her nutrition background allows her to blend natural therapies such as medical grade nutraceuticals and diet changes with allopathic medicine.
Elizabeth was the first PA allowed to join MDVIP because of her background in holistic medicine and anti-aging. After several years she joined a large family practice and assisted in developing a Wellness Center. During this time she completed a Fellowship from the American Academy of Anti-aging and Regenerative Medicine. Elizabeth has created individualized detoxification programs for environmental toxins, heavy metals, bowel dysbiosis, food sensitivities, and weight loss. She continues helping patients at Sanctuary Medical Center, a 15,000 square foot rejuvenation center headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. Her practice focuses on treating conditions such as sub-clinical thyroid disease, autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, IBS, acne, cardiac disease and helping patients overcome menopause and andropause with the use of bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. She also performs state-of-the-art metabolic and vitamin testing.
